Rapid and rigorous due diligence can be undertaken and often at short notice.  We have experience of conducting due diligence in various ways, in the field, desktop, at asset level or of a multi-asset corporate entity.  We would seek to identify issues that may be detrimental to the client's reputation and / or pose a material risk to the transaction.
