We are passionate about the work we do. As a small consultancy, Simon K Wake & Associates can develop bespoke solutions, according to the client's specific requirements. We work closely with our clients throughout the consultancy process, especially at the scoping stage to ensure that the client's needs are assessed and defined accurately. The service offerings can be either one-off interventions or combined as a more comprehensive programme of work that could for example, deliver an organisational transformation of a community relations team or function.

The consultancy is not driven by growth targets.
